| 1994 | Cobra systems are the fi rst anti-theft systems produced in Italy to receive the Thatcham approval, the certifying body connected to insurance companies in Great Britain. All Cobra products are compliant with European Directives for the car sector and many respond to voluntary instructions issued by the main European certifying bodies connected to insurance companies. |
| 1996 | Cobra designs and produces the fi rst generation of a new anti-theft system, Cobra Bridge, which provides safety and comfort functions. The system was designed according to high quality standards as manufacturers had requested that it interfaced with and was integrated in the vehicles electronic control system. The latest innovative version was launched in 2006. |
| 1997 | Cobra Bridge aftermarket platform complain with OE automotive standards. |
| 2000 | The first generation of manoeuvre assistance systems, Cobra Park Master, is developed. |
| 2001 | Development of Cobra Connex begins. This is a new safety solution based on vehicle geo-localisation, which was launched on the market in 2003 with SVR (Stolen Vehicle Recovery) Services, based on the connection of the electronic part installed on the car and one or more servers that can provide precise real time information on the vehicle’s position. |

| 2005 | After a severe selection procedure lasting two years, Porsche chooses Cobra as its sole supplier for localisation modules to be installed in their cars. Porsche offers the Cobra programme to its clients throughout Europe. |
| 2006 | Cobra starts up procedures for entering the stock market. The aim of the project is to support expansion strategies, in particular geographic expansion in areas that have not yet been covered, the extension of geo-localisation and electronic system ranges and the expansion of production, also using acquisitions and strategic alliances. |
| 2007 | Cobra acquires three companies, in France, Italy an in the United Kingdom, setting up new direct operations in countries where the need for security is extremely high, and starts the project of establishing a new production site in China, aimed at supplying security solutions to Cobra customers in Asia. |
